Frequently Asked Questions:

What are booth fees?

Booth fees are $60.00 for a standard 10' x 10' booth.  If your booth requires a larger space, please contact us to discuss if there are any available options.

Where is the location of the Market and what type of space will it be held in?  Is there parking available?

The Second Annual Sustainable Holiday Market will be held in the Cone Field House at the Sparks Center on the Willamette University Campus.  The Cone Field House is the Willamette University basketball arena.  The location has an adjacent parking lot, which is free and open to the public on weekends.  The Field House is on the high-traffic corner of 12th and Bellevue Streets downtown near the Salem Hospital.

What is the booth size, is there electricity available, and do I need to bring my own table(s)?

Booth size is 10' x 10'.  There is limited electricity, so please let us know right away if you REQUIRE electricity for your booth.  No canopies are necessary, as the venue is completely indoors.  Please bring your own tables, chairs and display cases if necessary.  Tables may be available from the facility on a very limited basis, and are not guaranteed.

Are any of my proceeds required to go to the Friends of Straub Environmental Learning Center?

No.  Though the Sustainable Holiday Market is a fundraiser for the Friends of Straub Environmental Learning Center, our funds are raised through the collection of booth fees and the sales of raffle tickets.  ALL VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DONATED AN ITEM TO OUR RAFFLE.  Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each, and sales will be open to the public and all vendors, family members, etc.
